ENERGY EXERCISES, TESTING, AND RESTORING HEALTHY LIFE FORCE
Energy Exercises create a new clean flow of life force through the meridians, chakras, and energy sytems of the body. Energy Exercises are absolutely crucial and essential to good physical and mental health, especially in today’s modern, technological society.
These exerccises are the foundation of perfect health, whether emotional, or physical. Oftentimes in illness, depression, and, especially as people reach middle age and beyond, the left side of the body and the right side are not crossing over energetically to function properly. If you picture energy ideally as pure clean rivers and streams flowing throughout your being carrying PURE LIFE FORCE, sometimes these streams get polluted, or “dammed up”, or "off course" . With Energy Exercises you clean up all the “waterways”, and remove all the dams. In this article you will find out how to test your energy, and how to correct it. Contained herein are Energy Exercises using simple gentle body movements to correct the energy flow, and raise your vibrations. (Taken from the Donna Eden Method.) The following are excerpts with additional notes by myself, plus, added affirmations suited to each meridian. Energy exercises are an absolute MUST for good health because of the vast amount of “energy interrupters” in our technological world such as all electronic equipment, cell phones, satellites, and so much more. If you have wondered why doing certain things are still not helping, why your energy level is so low, why your mind is fuzzy, why you can’t get over depression, or weight gain, this is the place to start. It is nearly certain that you have an energy flow problem, if you have not had success in your healing. Energy Exercises will correct and heal this. There are two very important tests we have used personally that will increase your ability to heal, get over depression, and cause your kinesiology, muscle testing to be accurate. Your immune system simply cannot heal you if all the energy patterns are short-circuited. Energy is the LIFE FORCE of the body. These energy rivers and streams must be pure and clean, free-flowing, and reaching all parts of the system. TEST ONE: First, check your polarity to see if it is running correctly, and determine which Energy Exercises to use. Use kinesiology testing with a partner holding one arm out as usual, and the other arm lifted up with your hand over your head a few inches (2” to 4” is fine). First test with the palm down. Then, test with the palm up. Remember to have the tester say “hold” before applying gentle pressure. In the polarity testing, the palm down should be strong, and the palm turned up should be weak. If it is opposite or “wobbly”, you need to do the Energy Exercises for bringing this back into proper flow. You don’t want to test with a possibility of getting “yes” for a “no”, and “no” for a “yes”. If polarity is not in proper order, use the same energy exercises you would for Homolateral. HOMOLATERAL: “When your energies are moving straight up and down each side of your body, like parallel lines, the pattern is referred to as homolateral. You are operating at less than 50 percent efficiency – greatly decreasing your healing capacity. You cannot get well if your energies are homolateral. It is that simple. It is hard to think clearly. You tend toward DEPRESSION as all of your physical processes slow down. Your senses are less acute---you can’t see, hear, smell, touch, or taste as well as at other times. You feel less alive. Your triple warmer may be hyper-vigilant, yet your immune system can’t heal you from illness. Whatever else you may be doing to improve your physical health, if your energies are homolateral the benefits won’t last. In fact, the best exercises I know, even those I am suggesting wholeheartedly, may not work, if you are in a homolateral state. Even walking will weaken you. Walking has a natural crossover effect, and if your energies are homolateral, walking goes against the flow of your energies. The very kinds of energy exercises that should benefit you wipe you out. Fortunately, you can get your energies crossing over again." TEST TWO: One way to determine if your energies are crossing over properly is to use Kinesiology, Muscle Testing. Draw a large X on one piece of paper and two parallel lines on another. Look at the X. Have someone energy test you (Kinesiology). Look at the parallel lines. Energy test again. If your energies are crossing over properly, looking at the X will be a positive on the Kinesiology Muscle Testing. You will test strong. If looking at the parallel lines tests strong on you, and the X is weak, you are in a state of homolateral energy. If you are chronically exhausted or ill, if you are depressed, and for unknown reasons, nothing seems to be working, and you can’t get well, begin here. The time for this exercise is about 4 minutes. You begin to move in harmony with where your reversed energies are already flowing leading them to gently start to cross over.” These are no-strain Energy Exercises, gentle body movements, and once you get the routine of it down, it should only take from 5 to 10 minutes at most. Five to Ten minutes a day that can change your life, your moods, and your health. Getting into Energy Exercises daily routine is simple yet POTENT. Energy forms habits, and you are forming new HEALTHY energy habits in your field. Certain points on your body where meridians flow, can be tapped with your fingers. Meridian tapping greatly improves your energy field in positive predictable ways, sending electrochemical impulses to your brain and releasing neurotransmitters. The energy being stimulated leaps immediately into healthy action. By tapping what Donna Eden calls the Three Thumps, “you will activate a sequence of responses that will restore you when you are tired, increase your vitality, and keep your immune system strong amid stress.” Do not be overly concerned about finding the exact spot, because your strong intent to tap each area will cause you to find it, and still get the results you desire. All these Energy Exercises can be adapted for those who must remain seated or lying down on a bed. Do not strain. Use pillows for support if needed. Strain is counter productive here. Energy Exercises - First Set to Correct Homolateral: Begin with the Three Thumps, breathing deeply They wake up energies that become stagnant when you are homolateral. Thump your K-27 points, Thump your Thymus Gland Points, and your Spleen Points. Breath slowly and deeply on all of these. 1st Thump ~ K-27 Place fingers on your collarbone and move them inward toward the U-shaped notch at the tope of your breastbone. Move your fingers to the bottom of the U. Then go left and right about an inch and tap. Breathe slowly and deeply as you briskly tap the two points for about one minute. If you are in a hurry, 10 to 12 seconds will do. Teresa’s suggested affirmations for this K-27 point: Because this point is the meridian to deal with depression and no zest for life, it would be good to make affirmations while tapping and doing deep breathing. If depressed say, “I am so depressed” a few times, then, say “I am ready to release this depression”, and finally say, “I am full of the joy of being alive”. 2nd Thump ~ Thymus. Location is in the center of your sternum at the thymus gland area. Use your thumb and all your fingers. As you tap practice deep belly breathing, or do one of your affirmations like “I am full of life and energy”. Dr. Barbara Stone author of Invisible Roots (great book) thumps here even one hundred times. But, for now the time is also one minute, or 15 to 20 seconds. 3rd Thump ~ Spleen Points, same time frame. The neurolymphatic points are beneath the breast and down one rib. Also, our normal EFT Tapping Point under the arm about four inches is the other. So, alternate between these two for at least 15 seconds each. Please notice if there is any soreness and use that spot more. Teresa’s suggested affirmations for these points. Since the imbalance of the Spleen Meridian can induce worry, self-pity, and people pleasing, among other things which I will list on my website, as I am able. This is a good place to say “Even though I am so worried about *** I deeply and completely love and accept myself”, then go to “I am ready to release all this worry over ***”, and finally, say “I am full of faith in the Creator, and peaceful trust”. Combine affirmations with Energy Exercises can be powerful. Energy Exercises – Second One, on repairing the Homolateral problem is to do the Connecting Heaven and Earth Exercise, or the Wayne Cook Posture. For the sake of space here I will use only one. Connecting Heaven and Earth - you stand erect with your hands palm down on your thighs, fingers spread. Inhale through the nose, circle the arms out, and bring your hands together in prayer position, palms facing. Exhale through your mouth. While inhaling through your nose, stretch one arm up and one down, pushing with the flat of the hand upward on one and downward on the other, looking upward to Heaven. Hold and exhale through your mouth. Return to prayer position, and reverse arms, repeat. After switching sides, and finishing the hold and breath, drop your arms down, and fold over from the waist. Bend relax drop down gently, knees slightly bent, take two deep breathes before returning to standing position. You may do this one time all the way through, or, you may find you like it well enough to do 3 sets. Energy Exercises - Third One for Correcting Homolateral ~ March in place, lifting your right arm with your right leg and then your left arm with your left leg. Same side leg and arm, very important. Breath deeply. Do about twelve times and then switch to the next pattern which is crossing over arm and leg. Energy Exercises - Fourth One for Correcting Homolateral ~ Do about twelve repetitions with touching the right hand to left knee, and left hand to right knee. REPEAT THIS PATTERN TWICE MORE, AND END WITH A CROSSOVER. Energy Exercises – Fifth One is to now repeat the Three Thumps, which will give you maximum benefit now with the energy running correctly. Now that you have adjusted the Homolateral condition, you will receive great benefits from Tapping these Meridians on the Three Thumps Exercise. After using these Energy Exercises to correct the Homolateral Condition to a normal energy flow, any energy exercises you do will now be super charged, finally working for you as they do for others. Now, if you wish, you can add Donna Eden’s Five Minute Daily Energy Routine to this (which honestly takes me ten to twelve minutes). Her Energy Exercises can progressively super-charge your body and biofield on life force energy in less than twenty minutes a day. There are duplicate exercises in the daily routine, so you may find that you can combine the Homolateral Set with whatever is different in the Daily Routine. Move up one hand breadth and pull apart stretching the scalp. Keep repeating until you reach the back of your neck. * Neurolymphatics - Circular Massage start along collarbone outward to your shoulder and around where the arm connects to the body. Massage down the center of chest, doing all around the thymus area, and down under the breasts, then massage a couple inches below the breasts. * Zip Up – Zipping up your auric field for the day from pubic bone to upper lip. These six energy exercises can help you become healthier, more vibrant, happy, and greatly more resilient against stress, and illness.
