EFT TApping Points Untitled Document

Fast, easy, simple method

 

The SETUP ~ Tapping the Karate Chop Point say 3 times….”Even though I feel _________, I deeply completely (profoundly) love and accept myself.”
At times you can add forgive in here.

I use only eight points.

Point #1 inside of eyebrow.

Point #2 outside of eyebrow.

Point #3 under the eye.

Point #4 under the nose on upper lip dimple.

Point #5 Under bottom lip.

Point #6 Side of collarbone u-joint.

Point #7 Under the armpit about four inches.

Point #8 Crown top rear of head.

Now beginning with point #1 inside of eyebrow start saying and tapping the problem only, saying “This ____________.” Example “fear of flying”. Say this on every tapping point. Tap at least five times on each point. Don’t hit hard, just tap lightly. Go through all the tapping points in order once tapping five or more times. For a picture of these we will post an image with points marked.

2nd round: “I’m tapping out this __________ out of all my cells, and my field.”

3rd round: Begin tapping in the opposite of that problem ex. Love, comfort, peace, healing, safety.

4th round: Give thanks to God for this (positive outcome) like “Thank you I am safe”, or, “Thank you I am love”.

That’s it. So simple, and so powerful. You would be amazed at all the breakthroughs, including past traumas, which I and others have experienced with this simple method.

If an additional memory and emotion surfaces after clearing the first one, continue until you have nothing else surfacing at that time. Take a break and give your whole being time to INTEGRATE the clearing, and new vibrate energy entering.

 

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE TO PRACTICE WITH - on not finishing the really good projects that you start:

Setup while tapping side of hand Karate Chop Point say 3 times…
“Even though I have started so many good things and not finished them, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.” Or, if you desire to use your own wording here, that’s fine.

Now begin with point #1 on inside of eyebrow, saying and tapping at least 5 or more times, “Not finishing the good projects I start, not finishing the good things God gives me to do”. Repeat this over every one of the eight points, ending with top of head.

2nd Round: “I’m tapping this out of all my cells, all my being, this starting a good project and not finishing it.”

3rd Round: Set intent to now tap in the positive ~ “I am tapping in finishing every good, or God, project I start.” “I am diligent”. “I am so persistent”. “I am enduring”. “I always finish the good things I start.” Use one or two of these statements while tapping all eight points

4th Round: Giving thanks to God for this positive “Thank you God that I am so persistent.” “Thank you God that I have such stick-to-it-tivity.” Thank you God that I always complete the task you give me.” “Thank you God that am so diligent.”

You can even do a round where you just tap in one word things like “Diligence”, “Persistence”, “Endurance”, “I’m like a bulldog, and just keeping going until I finish the task successfully.” Whatever you desire.
